Ym

Just wanted to make a quick note to preserve a realization I came to while working out at the gym last night. As I mentioned previously, I have a habit of collapsing my right side when I'm going on the right rein. Last night, I think I figured out why. I was doing side planks, which for those of you unfamiliar with the exercise, look like this:

Looks pretty easy, right? Now hold that for a minute. Anyway, when I did the plank on my left side, I had no problems keeping completely still for the full minute. When I switched to my right side, however, about 30 seconds in, I was starting to get a little shaky. Clearly, my right abdominals are weaker than the left, which is probably the reason I'm so bad about collapsing to the right. I sense a lot more abdominal work in my Gym future...
